Oh, I love how it turned out! The drift wood fits so well with the mushrooms, moss and all the details. If it was no commission, I would take it by myself ;D

Awesome work :D What material did you use for the hats of the mushrooms? Fimo? And where the heck do you get all these awesome-looking driftwoods!? <3

I use to walk on a lake and if I see some adorable driftwood I take them home. And yes, the hats are made of Fimo.

Sweet :) Ist das lufttrocknendes Fimo? Hast du die STiele auch aus Fimo gemacht? Ich nutze immer Plaast / Friendly-Plastic für meine Pilze, kennst du das? Siehst du Vorteile bei einem? Oder NAchteile?

Nein, ich benutze nur das normale Ofenhärtende und auch nur die Hütchen sind aus Fimo. Friendly-Plastic ist ja glaubs fast gleich wie Fimo, würde ich meinen.

Hi du,

nur dass man das Plaast etc. nicht backen muss. Ich muss aber mal das nachtleuchtende Fimo austesten, das ist ja auch ein wenig transluzent, das würde so schön nachglühen :) Ein Kumpel macht daraus große glühende Käfer ^^ Mist, finde keinen seiner Leuchtkäfer... so halt: [link] Nur unbemalt...

Ja das Nachtleuchtfimo ist schon cool ^^ aber ich habe auch schon versucht solche Pilzchen zu machen und bin davon abgekommen. Hat mir persönlich zu wenig durchgeleuchtet. Die Käfer sind lässig!

Das Leuchtfimo ist nicht so transluzent? Damn... Vielleicht eine Basis aus dem Plaast und ne zusätzliche Schicht von dem Leuchtfimo drüber *grübel* Is immer blöd mit dem Backen -_-

I think I saw some of these mushroom lights around 2002 in a funky lil' store in NYC; is that possible? .... if I remember correctly it mighta' been close to the village. .... either way. these things are pretty cool.
